The Sony Xperia Z3 has 5.2in display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and the touch is based on IPS LCD capacitive touch screen boasting and it has pixel density of 424 ppi and the Sony also offers its impressive display technology including Triluminos and X-Reality.
The iPhone 6 has 4.7in display with the LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive type touch screen, which has the shatter proof glass with an oleophobic coating. This display has 750 x 1334 pixels, making for a pixel density of 326ppi, so you can experience the sharp and colorful images.

Design and Build:

The Xperia Z3 looks square in shape, side mounted buttons and rounded sides and the Sony continues to offer a dust- and waterproof design it has IP68 rated so Xperia z3 works even it can be submerged in 1.5m of water for up to 30 minutes.
